Refund Policy

Overview

We are committed to delivering exceptional coaching. Our refund policy reflects the significant time, preparation, and expertise that goes into every personalised program. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

All refund requests must be submitted via the contact details at the bottom of this page.

1. Monthly Subscription Plans

Applies to: FIT LIFE ($29), FIT BODY ($119), FIT BODY + Supplements ($169), ELITE BODY ($199), COMPETITION PREP ($299), COMPETITION PREP + Posing ($499).

• Cancellation: you may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with 7 days' written notice before your next billing date.
• No partial refunds: once a billing period has started and your program for that cycle has been delivered or begun, no refund is issued for that period.
• Pre-delivery cancellation: if you cancel within 24 hours of payment and before your program has been prepared or delivered, a full refund will be issued.

2. Multi-Month Subscription Plans (3, 6, or 12 Months)

Applies to discounted upfront billing periods for any subscription package.

• 7-day cooling-off period: if you have not received your first program delivery, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment.
• After program delivery: once the first program cycle has been prepared and delivered, no refund is issued for the remaining period.
• Early cancellation: if you wish to cancel after delivery but before the full period ends, no refund of the remaining months is issued. You may, however, pause for up to 1 month (once per year) as described in the Terms of Service.

3. Competition Prep Packages (T4, T5)

Applies to: COMPETITION PREP ($299/mo) and COMPETITION PREP + Posing ($499/mo).

• After onboarding call: these packages include an initial onboarding consultation with Elaheh. Once this call has taken place, the package is non-refundable regardless of subsequent cancellation.
• Before onboarding call: if you have paid but the onboarding call has not yet occurred and no program materials have been delivered, a full refund may be requested within 48 hours of payment.

4. VIP Package (ELITE PREP · VIP)

The VIP package requires an application and is offered on a custom pricing basis following approval.

• No refund once the onboarding consultation has taken place or program delivery has commenced.
• Refund within 48 hours of payment only if no onboarding or program preparation has begun.

5. TRANSFORM 180

TRANSFORM 180 is a fixed-term 180-day cohort program.

• Upfront payment ($549): refundable within 48 hours of purchase, provided no program materials have been delivered and no onboarding has taken place. After 48 hours, no refund.
• 6-month payment plan ($119/month): each monthly payment is non-refundable once made, as it covers the program for that month. If you wish to exit early, remaining monthly payments are not charged, but no refund for completed payments.
• Once you have received your program materials or attended any cohort session, no refund applies under either payment option.

6. Exceptions

Refunds outside the terms above may be considered (at our sole discretion) in the following exceptional circumstances:

• A verified serious medical emergency that prevents participation in any fitness activity, supported by a doctor's note
• Failure by the coach to deliver any program materials within 14 days of the start of a billing period

Requests for exceptional refunds must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

7. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Please include:

• Your full name and email address
• The package you purchased and payment date
• The reason for your refund request
• Any supporting documentation (if applicable)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
