Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Elaheh Salmani Elite Program provides online personal fitness coaching services, including but not limited to: personalised training programs, custom nutrition plans, weekly check-ins, supplement guidance, competition preparation, and posing instruction.

Important: Coaching services are provided for fitness and performance purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have any medical condition, injury, or health concern, you must consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any coaching program.

The coach (Elaheh Salmani) is an IFBB PRO athlete and experienced fitness coach. She is not a licensed medical practitioner.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to register. By submitting a registration form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Coaching is available to women worldwide. The program is conducted in Persian and English.

3. Registration & Approval

Submitting a registration form does not guarantee acceptance into the program. Every application is personally reviewed by Elaheh Salmani. The Program reserves the right to decline applications at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

Once approved, you will receive a payment link. Your coaching program begins only after payment is confirmed.

4. Payment Terms

• Monthly subscriptions: billed at the start of each billing cycle. Failure to pay within 5 days of the billing date may result in program suspension.
• Multi-month subscriptions (3, 6, or 12 months): full payment is due upfront at the start of the subscription period. Discounts apply as advertised.
• TRANSFORM 180: available as a one-time upfront payment ($549) or 6 monthly payments ($119/month). The 6-payment plan is a commitment for the full 6 months.
• VIP packages: pricing is provided individually following application review.
• All prices are in USD. Currency conversion costs are the client's responsibility.
• The Program currently processes payments manually. Payment instructions are provided upon approval.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date health and personal information at registration and throughout the program
• Disclose any medical conditions, injuries, medications, or health changes that may affect your ability to train safely
• Obtain medical clearance from a qualified physician before beginning the program if you have any pre-existing health conditions
• Follow the coaching program as designed, and communicate any difficulties or concerns promptly
• Submit weekly or bi-weekly check-ins as required by your package
• Treat the coach and all communications with respect and professionalism
• Not share, distribute, or reproduce coaching materials (workout plans, nutrition plans, educational content) with any third party

6. Coach Responsibilities

Elaheh Salmani Elite Program commits to:

• Delivering personalised coaching programs within the timeframes described for each package
• Responding to client check-ins and messages within 24–48 hours during working hours (UTC+8, Monday–Saturday)
• Providing science-based, individualised programming based on information provided at registration
• Keeping all client data strictly confidential as described in the Privacy Policy
• Notifying clients in advance of any planned breaks or unavailability exceeding 48 hours

7. Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, workout programs, nutrition plans, educational content, methods, and intellectual property provided as part of the coaching service are the exclusive property of Elaheh Salmani Elite Program.

Clients receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials solely for their own fitness purposes. You may not copy, share, sell, publish, or distribute any coaching materials to any third party without prior written consent.

Client progress photos shared with the coach remain the property of the client. They will not be used in marketing without separate explicit written consent.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Monthly subscriptions: may be cancelled with 7 days' written notice before the next billing date. No refund for the current billing period once it has started.
• Multi-month subscriptions: see the Refund Policy.
• Pause policy: clients may request a maximum 1-month pause once per year. Pause requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the intended pause date.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted via Instagram DM or email to [CONTACT_EMAIL].

9. Limitation of Liability

Fitness training carries inherent physical risks. By participating in the program, you acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for your health and safety.

Elaheh Salmani Elite Program shall not be liable for any injury, health complication, or adverse outcome arising from participation in the coaching program, provided that the program was designed in good faith based on accurate information provided by the client.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific billing period in which the claim arose.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Active clients will be notified of material changes. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution is not reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
